As a new business, one of our biggest challenges was creating an appealing brand and marketing this brand. The Business Clinic was able to create a beautiful brand for us - they designed our logo, website, brochure, marketing materials, letterheads, etc. We could not have done all of these without them. It was great for us not to have to worry about branding and marketing and be able to focus on other areas of our operations. It was such a delight working with Sarkis. First, he is very knowledgeable in marketing strategies, and we learned a lot from him. He pays a lot of attention to detail, which we absolutely love; his communication is great, he responds to our enquiries/concerns in a timely manner, and he is such a great people person. It's a pleasure working with him. If you need a company that can create a beautiful brand and market it it to your target audience, then I would recommend The Business Clinic. I will continue to work with them and will never hesitate to recommend them.

I wasn’t thinking about having a website, but wanted my business to be visible. After discussions with Sarkis, I learned about the value of building a website to promote my business. Sarkis has an ability to understand what his clients want and need. I’m not as experienced in writing in English or in marketing, but Sarkis has done thorough research and written great content for my website. The best thing about working with him is you don’t need to worry about anything related to marketing. I have contacted other marketing people before The Business Clinic, but they didn’t provide as much value. The best part about working with The Business Clinic is that they see and understand the needs of your business and create a customized marketing strategy accordingly.

Before working with The Business Clinic, we were working with another marketing group that we thought was giving us good results. The Business Clinic did a practice checkup to review our marketing and we were surprised to find gaps in our website and search engine rankings. They also did a survey of our patients and we learned a lot about them and the services they need. This information helped us re-build our website and improve our rankings in Google. Our website traffic grew over 350% and we’re booking more new patients. We’ve increased our hours and are growing our team. The Business Clinic is a great business partner and we highly recommend them to others!

Prior to working with The Business Clinic, I had no idea how to market myself. I knew how to practice psychology, but reaching those who want help was not in my graduate programs. The Business Clinic helped to improve my website, get my business listed online, and used Google Ads to attract potential clients. The Business Clinic helped me focus on my sessions with clients because they were taking care of getting my services out to the community. That was a big relief.Sarkis is very easy to work with. When we approached The Business Clinic, we had a number of problems that we went through in detail. They listened and provided a great plan that empowered our business strategies and tactics. Our first step was to learn from our clients. The Business Clinic conducted a client satisfaction survey to learn about our clients and their pain points. This provided us with meaningful insights to position our marketing strategy effectively to resonate with our target market. The Business Clinic was then able to implement marketing tactics, such as a new brand identity, website design and a content marketing plan, that resonates with our target market.Working with Sarkis was unique; he has great energy, is an attentive listener and is very focused. What I really enjoyed about working with Sarkis was his insight and understanding of our business process at each layer and being able to educate us on how each of those layers influence our overall strategy for growing our marketing. What I love about working with Sarkis is that he takes the time to explain complex business ideas in a way that is simple and easy to understand. Being in the healthcare field, I have no formal business training. Working with him has helped me learn a lot about the business side of clinical practice.
